How do I order?
- Email us the following information at info@s-fifteen.com for a formal quote: address, product and quantity. We provide quantity or educational discounts so please state your use case for our devices. On confirmation of purchase order, a proforma invoice with an estimated shipping will be issued. A final invoice with the final shipping cost with import taxes included will be issued after receipt of goods. To facilitate shipping, please also fill in any import duties exemption forms e.g. for research equipment in advance. Terms are 30 days. Online store is not operational yet. [Updated 20.1.21]
What is your lead time?
- Two to twelve weeks depending on parts availability.
What is your warranty?
- One year from date of acceptance of goods. We will do a one-to-one exchange and cover the shipping cost for defective devices. Warranty is void if the warranty seal is damaged.
What are your shipping options?
- Orders within Singapore island will be hand delivered. For international orders, we use Fedex International Economy, unless instructed otherwise. Please also inform us if you want to insure the delivery for the percentage or full declared goods worth.
